We endeavour to deliver promptly and to please our customers with fast delivery.

Orders are usually dispatched same business day or the next business day depending on what time we receive and process your order. We ask you to allow a buffer of three 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us regarding delivery of your order.

Estimated delivery timeframe in Australia is between 3 - 10 business days depending on your location compared to ours.

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number, which you will receive via the email address you give us when you process the order. We ask that you include a phone number with your order so we can call you if there is an issue.

We ask that you have a safe location provided for your deliveries, or purchase a "signature on delivery" shipping method at checkout to prove the order was delivered to you. Our freight providers may use vehicle GPS tracking, scanning of articles with GPS tracked scanners and video & image footage of the delivery. We do not refund orders if our freight provider can prove they delivered the order to your nominated shipping address.

We do not allow our customers to use their own freight provider unless prior approval has been granted for that order. This is to ensure we can prove delivery and also to protect our customers from fraudulant untracked orders.

If for any unknown reason we do not have the product in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and advise you of the time-frame we expect to have the product back in stock or you will have the choice of an immediate refund.

We do not offer refunds for freight once the goods have been dispatched.

We offer a free click and collect from our store for pre-arranged orders.

If you would like to collect your order from our store located in CAPALABA, QLD Australia and save yourself on delivery costs, just give us a call so we can arrange a date and time for you. We offer this service for pre-arranged orders only.

World Wide Delivery

Tracked Freight in AUS

Australian orders will be sent with a freight provider that offers tracking and International orders will be sent with a freight provider that offers tracking where possible.

A tracking code will be sent to you via email once we dispatch your goods so that you can track your order through its journey to its final destination.

Express Delivery

Express postage is optional at checkout, and you can just select your preference when you're there.

Express postage orders will be sent same day or the next business day depending on the time you placed the order.

If you are in urgent need for the products the same or next day, please phone us on +61 7 3180 3810 before placing the order to ensure we can meet your expectations.

We will do all we can to make sure your express order expectations are met, however once your order is with the freight company, the exact delivery timeframe is out of our direct control and we can not guarantee an exact delivery date or foresee any delays that may occur.

Delivery Providers

Trusted Freight Carriers

Delivery of orders is by a trusted third party courier, freight provider or Australia Post and is out of our direct control once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Therefore the estimated timeframe is an experienced estimate based on prior experiences and freight providers estimated timeframes only.

Please use the provided tracking number to follow up on your delivery and allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your order (Excluding International orders) before contacting us. If there is an issue we can sort out for you, we will gladly assist.

International Orders

Fast Reliable International Deliveries

The purchaser is liable for all import charges charged by the authorities of the purchasers country. As these charges are out of our direct control, we will not be held liable for any of these charges unless agreed to in writing before payment has been made by the purchaser for the products in question. However, we will include all Australian export charges within the freight costs of your products. Please check with your countries authorities for any charges you may incur for importing our products. These charges normally change depending on the value of the shipment you are importing.

Delivery time-frames for all orders are an estimate provided by our freight providers, therefor we will not be held liable for late delivery of products, but we will do our best to send your goods via the agreed shipping method within an acceptable time-frame which is normally 1-2 business days from the date of a fully paid order.
