I work as a security guard and my phone, reading glasses in their case, a radio and a small first aid kit all fit nicely.
The left side of my shirt with the company logo is fully visible with the right sided version that I purchased.

I had 2 GWN radios and some personal items stowed in the handy pocket. It took about 60 minutes to completely extinguish the fire and during that time I was using the radios constantly.
The holster proved to be very comfortable and the ergonomic design made access to the radios a breeze.
