30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction money back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If for any reason the item does not suit your neeeds, you can return it for a full refund of the price you paid for it, less any freight.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Eligibility: The 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee is strictly a one per customer use and is valid for a single item and it's immediate accessories. If you intend to purchase multiple items, we recommend you purchase a single item first to test it for 30 days and then buy your remaining items when you are happy with your purchase.
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or fault covered under warranty within Australian Law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, we will automatically proces your refund back onto your original payment method within 5 business days.
It can take a few days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund, but if you have not received it after 10 business days, please contact us via our support page.

Exchanges

We will accept an exchange for items for up to 60 days after the date of purchase to allow for gifts and presents etc.
An exchange will be accepted if the item is un-opened, un-used, and in its original packaging with all tags and wrapping.

Return Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised products such as special orders or personalised items.
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" unless they have a manufacturing defect or fault covered under warranty within Australian Law.

Warranty

Two Ants products come with a Two Year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and premature failures.
If you encounter a defect or premature failure with your Two Ants item, please initiate a return as per below so we can rectify your issue fast.

How to Initiate and Complete a Return

You must initiate the return from our support page form and select Return Request as the Enquiry Type and complete all fields within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we have processed the request, we will respond via email with a return address.
You will need to send the item back to the provided address.
You will need to provide us with the tracking number via email.
Freight will be at your cost.

Please Note: If you only return part of a bundle, the original bundle discount will not apply. The items you keep will be charged at that items normal price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
DO NOT send anything to any address other than the one we supply after contacting us. Any items sent to any other address you may have will not be accepted and we can not guarantee your items will be returned to you. We accept no liability for you sending to an incorrect return address.
