Shipping policy

Pre-Orders

If you purchase an item on pre-order, it means we have incoming stock that has not reached our warehouses. You can order these items and we will ship your order once we receive the stock. The expected shipment date will be listed on the product page when you order, but may change due to unforeseen circumstances and you agree to purchase knowing that Pre-Orders may get delayed.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders normally ship within 1 to 3 business days of placing the order.
All orders will be assigned a tracking number once assigned.
Australian deliveries normally take around 2 to 8 business days after dispatch from the warehouse.
Express shipping normally takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch from the warehouse.
We primarily use Australia Post for Australian and International shipments.
International shipments are handed from our Australian shipping provider to their representitive shipping provider in the receiving country.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.
During sales and peak periods, expect extended dispatch and delivery times.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection guarantees replacement of your order if the order has been confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. If you decline Shipping Protection, we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen orders and the loss will be at your expense. You can apply Shipping Protection at checkout.

Inspection Upon Arrival

You must inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately via our support page if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.
